AAA Fair Credit had a server crash and data loss, because of those issues they reached out to Entech for additional support. Entech’s IT managers were able to recover lost data and rebuilt their existing servers to provide immediate support to AAA Fair Credit’s customers with limited down time. After assessing further issues, additional solutions were determined by Entech to provide an enterprise firewall and data recovery system, updating servers while reducing the physical amount from 8 to 2, and updated all workstations from inefficient to modern machines that supported additional productivity by the staff.
