While growing quickly the need for enterprise grade systems was realized by Entech, who provides an enterprise data backup and firewall system, remote management and daily IT support to Alpha. Being a call center environment, uptime is vitally important. By creating a standard process and timing for patch updates, Entech has limited downtime and provides the most up to date software consistently.
